The Restaurant
Co-Owner and Chef, Shaun Glynn, Galway, IrelandThe Belvedere Restaurant has seasonal hours, along with a seasonal menu in addition to a number of Special Events menus. A full wine and spirit menu is offered. There is no dress code and reservations are recommended. The restaurant is nonsmoking.
The Belvedere Restaurant also hosts a number of Special Events and private parties. For private events, seating is available up to 100 guests indoors and 350 guests outdoors.
